‘Re-draft your questions in a positive manner ...’

We received your questions for the school board candidates, but we are concerned about their tone and the context in which our answers will be used.

We are running a positive campaign and believe these questions are negative in nature.

The challengers will not disrespect the current members of the board.

Because these questions will only be posted online, we do not want to get into blogging wars — they are not productive.

If you would like to re-draft your questions in a positive manner, we will reconsider responding to them.

to you. Thanks for answering the questions.

Now to the remaininig 4 candidates. What is it with you people? Do you think the voters of Fayette County should just vote for you because you are on the ballot?

What pompous jerks you come across as. Who are you to decide which questions the voters need answers to? Here's a lesson, when you decide to run for office, you need to help people determine why YOU will be the best person for the job. The way you do that is by answering questions! WOW! What a Novel concept!

Its obvious that we are in the situation we are now, because of the "SOFTBALL" questions that were lobbed at the candidates during the last election. They made them look good, but didn't give voters a good sense of who the candidates were. If you can't take the heat of answering a few "negative" questions, how are you going to be able to make HARD decisions that need to be made to ensure our children continue to get the best education they can?

We are Waiting?
