Those "new" bloggers actually are we at The Citizen preparing our Forum module for uploading the candidates' responses to our questions in the appropriate places in the Forum.

Sharp-eyed readers in the past might have noticed we had "famous" users like columnists Robert Novak and Cal Thomas.

It's an artifact of our soon-to-be-replaced software version.

Now watch us get slammed for impersonating innocent people.

Oh, well, if we can't stand the heat ... etc.

Buzz,

The Citizen registers candidates as blog users each election cycle so that candidate-supplied info can be associated with a given candidate. They did this last time, too...so tonight, for example, when Robert Horgan's piece is published in the paper, it will also be found online under user "Robert Horgan".

No nefarious doings here...this time!
