Need a Better Abbreviation

Sitting with the kids the other day sharing some articles and thoughts and they commented on the use of F'Ville for headlines concerning Fayetteville. You can imagine what they wanted to say.
Though I recognize the space limitations and the desire to maintain font sizes to get a reader's attention; I would suggest the use of another way to address the fine city of Fayetteville.
Just a thought.
