The good thing for you sage is the voters can elect anyone whether they are acutally qualified mentally or physically or not.

See, if you were hired you would have to go through a security clearance process and perhaps even have to prove that you have work experience. You might even have to prove that in the past you were successful at fighting crime. You might even have to pass a mental health evaluation.

See, as much, as you disparage the election process you have a better chance of being elected by complacent voters.
