A man was arrested early Saturday morning after he stabbed his housemate in the leg during a fight at their home in the Wynnmeade subdivision, Peachtree City police said.

Jose Isabel Hernandez, 25, was charged with battery (family violence), police said.

The dispute took place at their mutual residence on the 200 block of Wynnmeade Parkway as Hernandez and the victim, Julia Cesar Diaz Zamora, argued about “financial matters,” police said.

Hernandez was granted a $2,300 bond by the Fayette County Magistrate Court, police said.
