Yosemite National Park/Vacation

Has anyone ever been to Yosemite National Park? When is the best time of year to go and is the Yosemite Lodge at the Falls a good place to stay?

I'd say go to Yosemite in the spring/summer that way most of the trails are open. When I went, we split our time between Yosemite and San Francisco. Therefore, I don't know much about the Yosemite Lodge.

You get to go to Yosemite for vacation and I'm spending mine in Oklahoma baling hay. Shocked

I have a dream of driving Hwy 1 up the coast one day. Have a great time!

Vacation will have to wait until next June, if we can get a room at the Lodge. They are booked this summer. I was in Oklahoma and Texas a couple of weeks ago! Have fun baling hay!
