To the nameless Free-Speecher who suggested that certain professionals in our community seek employment at fast-food chains should their seniority be compromised: First, your comment bears no merit because you lacked the courage to attach your name to it. You are a coward, plain and simple.

Second, your comment is libelous and senseless, thus demonstrating your lack of cerebral capacity, education and class.

Notwithstanding people like you, we are fortunate to have a blend of educated professionals living amongst us, to include the group that you so callously attacked.

You and others like you reveal an inexplicable and unwarranted petty jealously when you engage in a diatribe against those engaged in this or any other profession.

To suggest that those in the aviation profession might be relegated to flipping burgers indicates your consummate ignorance.

As so many other professionals in our community, those whom you’ve impugned have the education and acumen to OWN fast-food restaurants rather than to work at them.

In fact, many of the professionals that you singled out are community leaders, business owners, church deacons, Sunday school teachers, officers in our Rotary/Kiwanis/Daedalian clubs, and many have served or are currently serving in defense of our nation.

In other words, they join other professionals as respected members of our community who undoubtedly contribute more to it than someone such as you, a person who would make such a moronic, disparaging comment and then hide behind your anonymity with cowardice. Do us all a favor and keep your worthless drivel to yourself.

I would hope that The Citizen will in the future bar such childishly immature and libelous comments by those too cowardly to identify themselves.
