Barack Obama: Rockstar. Motivational Speaker. President???

Barack Obama: Rockstar. Motivational Speaker. President???

"Obama’s temper tantrum press conference in South Dakota last Friday, wherein he claimed that he had been “attacked” by President Bush, was very telling. On Thursday, the President had spoken before the Israeli Knesset (the nation’s legislative body), warning against those who would seek to diplomatically engage with terrorists and terrorist states, and calling such persons appeasers. In making these brief remarks, the President made no reference to any particular individual or group or country, and gave no indication as to who he believes the present-day appears to be.

Yet, less than twenty-four hours later, our prospective forty-fourth President was insisting that he was the target of Bush’s criticism. Why? Why would Mr. Obama personalize the President’s generalized and impersonal comments?

"Perhaps it is because Mr. Obama has over the course of his campaign equivocated on the issue of dealing with terrorist states. At one point last year he stated that, as President, the use of nuclear weapons would be “off the table” in a conflict between the U.S. and Iran, only to end up changing his mind a day later. Elsewhere Obama has suggested that he would meet personally with President Ahmedinejad of Iran. If the shoe fits, Mr. Obama, ….."

Unfortunately for you, aides to PResident Bush CONFIRMED that Barack Obama was the intended target of the "appeasers" speech by the president. Any honest person with the will to sign their name to what they say would have admitted that. But the GOP went for plausible deniability. And it backfired. If people would just grow a pair and say what they mean. For example:

Beaver, I think you are a self-loathing man who can not bare to face a day with Barack Obama as your president.

I believe that you have made a career of throwing absolutely everything you can at the democratic front-runner, while claiming "I don't like my guy either." Yes, Beaver. I believe you don't like anyone. I also believe you are obsessed with someone.

I believe that you may never tell me in a logical way what makes you different from the nut jobs that said Ronald Wilson Reagan was the antichrist.

As I am clearly winning the May blogstakes on Obama postings, I'm going to try another game. How many of your bogusposts TM can I ignore. I hope to make it to the general election. Let me throw out some things you will say in advance, so I don't feel a need to respond later:

Hack, go perform a physical impossibility on yourself.
Hack, you are scum.
Hack, you are a traitor.
Hack, I wish I had friends.
Oops: Hack, ignore that last one. I meant to delete it.
Hack, will you coffee with me when I'm drowning my sorrows over the new President, be he McCain or Obama?

Yea, Beav. I'll do coffee or even beer with you. I feel your pain. I've been there, bruh. We'll get through this; together; one step at a time Smiling

I do fear an Obama presidency, but not for the reasons that you imply.

I fear for the safety, soveriegnty, and economy of America. I fear that he will squander it away in order to appease terrorists and tax "the dreaded rich".

You stated some very strong lies in your last post Kevin, and I would hope that you would at the very least give me a chance to rebuke them for the lies they are. But then I remember that you are a liberal, and libs want to squelch free speech if it originates from a conservative voice.

You imply that I stated that B-HO IS the anti-christ. I stated no such thing. If I did, please provide the link to the quote.

I'm not obsessed, but I would venture to say that 92% of the black population is obsessed with an empty suit.

Sorry for replying in Kev's place but I saw your post about Obama being the anti-Christ while I was out of town which is why I didn't respond to it. I showed it to several people who were with me as an example of the fringe.

Now you're saying you didn't post it?

"You imply that I stated that B-HO IS the anti-christ. I stated no such thing. If I did, please provide the link to the quote."

Here's the link for you:

Is Barack Obama the Anti-Christ?

I never said that Barack IS the anti-christ.

The article merely asks a question, doesn't state anything as fact.

Of course, you libs try to twist anything that anyone says. Look at how B-HO tried unsuccessfully to twist W's words regarding Carteresque appeasement of terrorists.

Posting someone else’s words and then denying the implication by claiming to be an innocent who just wanted to bring something to our attention is disingenuous at best. Everyone here knows what you were doing.

It’s like posting this video:

John McCain, How old is TOO old?

And then claiming that you were not suggesting McCain is too old. How could anyone possibly ever get that idea?

Right. Sure.

I didn't know John McCain was too old until you said it!
Oh, you didn't say it, you implied someone else did!

Your Father is too old to have such things as hammers and saws in his hands! He also goes to the middle-east and of all things talks to people with good sense!

I forgot. How inconsiderate of me.

Libs don't like difficult questions, especially ones that they can't answer.

They want a pass on everything, and just want to be adored for who they are, not on their positions or their character.

I promise, I won't ask anymore difficult questions of you libs. We know you can't handle it.

Here is a wonderful example of how the right-wing fringe answers questions and demonstrates their knowledge of world affairs. And as a bonus for watching, you’ll learn what “appeasement” means.

Sorry. He used to be a US Attorney and now hosts the Kevin James Show in LA. He casts himself as a conservative political commentator.

And no, there is no reason why anyone should care about what he does or doesn't know. It was just fun to watch Chris barbecue him on live TV.

My my what a glorious air of free speech and free-flowing conversation you've managed to foster here on the blogs. Let me personally thank you for doing your part for freedom, and managing to scare people away from what should be a forum of free-flowing thoughts and ideas to digest. A question youasked me once, Otherside, as I criticized PTC traffic court:

"You say you love America?" Do you, Trax? Would you love her more if we were all feared into lock-step with you?

Thanks for nothing!

Just wanted to say hello. Didn't get a chance to respond to yours a couple weeks back. It's always good to read your posts on here.....one of the few voices of reason in this blogland of muck. Keep up the good work, someday they'll all hopefully see the light and come to their senses. Hopefully before it's too late.

"Picture a bright blue ball, just spinning, spinnin free,
Dizzy with eternity.
Paint it with a skin of sky,
Brush in some clouds and sea,
Call it home for you and me.
A peaceful place or so it looks from space,
A closer look reveals the human race.
Full of hope, full of grace
Is the human face,
But afraid we may lay our home to waste."

"once in a while you can get shown the light in the strangest of places if you look at it right"
"listen to the thunder shouting, "I AM, I AM, I AM"

;>} Have a grateful day ;>}
