Anybody remember this guy?

Steve Brown debate

I miss hearing what he's done each month in the Peachtree City UPDATE. I mean, how will we ever know how many Boy Scout troops met the mayor now???????

So, I pose the question, is life better in PTC now that Steve Brown isn't the mayor? Is it too early to tell? And what about the children?

I figure enough about sheriffs and county commissions and Supreme Court Alito - let's bring this blog back to its former glory - by picking apart Peachtree City politics!

Have at it? Or does anyone care anymore?

That sad person is now part of my past. My future looks bright.

Steve Brown is so last year. He's tired and expired. The *sell by* date has since passed and now PTC's circus act is also over. If you want to see sideshow freaks now you'll have to go to Coney Island instead of a PTC City Council meeting.

It seems like such a long time ago we had to put up with this clown. Yes for sure PTC is a better place - were you at the first council meeting? Totally businesslike - and shorter too.

No, I don't care because the adults are now in charge and they don't have to be watched.

Sure did go to the meeting and what a relief it was to see the new people take over. Brown spent all that time and energy railing against the "old guard" and "developer's friends" but didn't see any of that - instead we saw 5 smart, dedicated people who are taking their oath of office and the business of running the city seriously. And nuk is right - Brown is yesterday's news. What a pitiful 4 years he put us through! His only real contribution was that he convinced a lot of people to vote - hope that lasts.
