Soundwall comes to PTC

If anyone has driven anywhere else in the country you would all find that what the "esteemed" Georgia DOT has installed as sound walls for us must have been purchased at Big Lots. There are far nicer architectually styled sound barriers currently used in many other parts of the country. Too bad we have to look at the cheap version.

I have to agree with you. There are some much better products on the market. It's too bad they went low end.

Maybe these won't do that. From my understanding, there is supposed to be some "planting" between the walls and the roads.

All that said, I still think it will make the train noise quieter in some areas. Time will tell.

I kind of like them, but then, the resins used in garbage bags facinate me.

I am a unit of little brain, in case you haven't guessed.
