SB 458 Clayton Co Schools

Has anyone thought about the kids & parents in Clayton Co that don't fall under the "thug" category? Clayton Co. has produced intelligent students that can very well live up to the "standards" of Fayette Co.

That isn't the point. We, the Fayette County taxpayers, shouldn't have to foot the bill, or even part of the bill, for any Clayton students, thug or not.
