Comcast Cable Fayetteville

I'm looking for a little help from other subscribers. I was wondering who else may be having a concern with an intermittant poor signal causing the picture to become digitized and the audio to "drop-out". I'm trying to map out an area of similar concerns to help the techs locate the source of this problem. Any feedback is appreciated.
