Bitter or Sweet

Denise said that if one person said the cider was sweet and another said it was bitter, then we wouldn't know what it was!

I think that the cider makers would have a hard time making cider if they didn't know what was bitter and what was sweet.

There are black and white answers to some thing. Cider is one of them.

However Ph.Ds can still make a living giving us all of the options and possibilities without ever revealing what they think, or if they even tasted it!
