How the Clintons will destroy the U.S.

Great article by Cal Thomas. If what he states in this article is true, the Clintons will no doubt attempt to turn the U.S. into a fascist state.

Here are a few quotes from the article:
"A Feb. 5, 1993 Draft Memorandum from Alexis Herman and Mike Lux to Mrs. Clinton spells out the Office of Public Liaison’s plan for the health care reform campaign. It notes the development of an “interest group data base” detailing whether or not organizations “support(ed) us in the election.” The database would also track personal information about interest group leaders, such as their home phone numbers, addresses, “biographies, analysis of credibility in the media, and known relationships with Congress people.”

These memos (there are thousands of others still being withheld by the Clintons) are Orwellian, or Nixonian. They reveal what might be expected from communist or fascist dictatorships, not from U.S. government officials. That at least one higher-up (“P.S.”) didn’t believe the health care plan would work, did not stop the administration from pushing ahead with it. If opponents had not prevailed we might be standing in line for health care like they are in Canada and Britain.

Sorry, but I have to chuckle at Cal Thomas's worry "That Hillary Clinton, Jay Rockefeller and some of their fellow liberal Democrats would plot to destroy the reputations of people who opposed them over a public policy matter tells voters all they need to know about her".

Now I'm no fan of Hillary but with the current administration secretly spying and listening in on citizens phone calls, ignoring rules of law and telling folks that you're either with us or against us, sounds like to me Hillary would just be carrying on an ol' family tradition as Hank Williams Jr sang.

Clinton's

I will not argue the validity of this article. My issue is that an election of Hillary Clinton will put the business as usual bunch back in the White House. The Clintons have a bone to pick with the Bush’s and the American people; Hillary has a chip on her shoulder. It is sad that this race lacks a strong candidate on either side of the aisle; Hillary is for high taxes and government control; Obama lacks foreign policy experience and experience in general; the Reps have not convinced me at all.

Unfortunately, I’m one of those undecided that will not choose a candidate until the last minute.
