Porches and decks

Can anyone here recommend a good deck builder? I need a small deck, new porch and steps rebuilt. And prefer to go on word of mouth as opposed to the Yellow Pages.

I used Archadeck and would hire them again! In addition to two decks (one with benches) they also built a staircase from one of the decks down the side of a 14 ft. retaining wall to the pool patio. It looks really good. I was impressed when they were finished. They also built a small deck off the back end of the pool patio and built it in such a manner that I can "add to it" in the future (ie., when I have money). I have heard that they build sunrooms too (my next endeavor).

I use a local handy man. JD Perry. He has built a couple of decks for me among other things. He is local, and has been doing work in this area for years.He does all the work himself no illegals at your house. His # 404 422-4284.
