This has been around for at least 8 years now.

The only problem with it is the PS which was not part of the original speech nor transcribed text; it's been added in the subsequent years.

The problem is that there are not 13 hands on the sculpture. There are only 12. The sculptor himself has dismissed this bit of silliness himself.

Otherwise, it's a compelling speech.
