Krispy Kreme; Starbucks;and Foreclosures!

Starbucks and Krispy Kreme fired their CEOs.
Did cops quit drinking?
People eat more beans and water when in a recession!
$5 coffee and $1.50 doughnuts never a good business plan.
Starbucks stock down 50%, KK almost broke.

Our Treasury Secretary, a Mr. Paulson, (ever hear of his works?)also said it would take years to straighten out the foreclosure housing mess! Much more to come, he said. Where has he and the Federal Reserve, A. Greenspan, been for the last 6-7 years? Unemployment up for three reasons: Housing market; losing more manufacturing jobs; and, running out of jobs to create at desks and phones that we don't need! And, BANKS.
I suppose huge loans from China and Arabs is also contributing but if not now, soon!
Now who do you want to lead us out of this? More Republicans, more democrats,
or someone who doesn't give a rat about either one: John McCain! Joe Biden his VP?
Throw out all incumbents in congress, every one.

is going to close some of its more recent stores that haven't been operating that long, according to founder and now-CEO again Schultz. I'm wondering if that means any in Fayette County, like the one in the old Fuddrucker's building?

Kripsy Kreme's downfall was cooking their books and screwing investors enough to attract major SEC attention, and out-of-control expansion.

You people ever consider a home owned business like a Huddle House franchise?
Isn't that trendy enough for you?
All you want anyway is to satisfy your curiosity and figure how to compete!

The economic crunch seems to be affecting the non-essential retailers, those providing yummy doughnuts and $5.00 latte's. It's time to buy stock in Walmart and Big Lots, as those retailers will most likely see some increase in their sales!
