Waiting for another year

I am breaking for awhile in order to wait until next year.
Enough for 2007.
I have done my very best to get citizens interested in considering things they could change where necessary by speaking out after studying the problems.
It seems to be a near impossibility on this blog to do so, unless people have already made up their mind.
They do that rarely, and have little interest in politics or for most any kind of progress.
People who wish the government to stay out of their business in all ways, seem to be the first ones to want laws to protect THEIR business only.
It is my opinion that decisions by government need to be made on the basis of serving every citizen fairly and not protecting or coddling any group.
Parties should have no bearing on such decisions.
