I like the staff in the store but the constant change in prices is unbelivable espically for the deliver at home deal. They are trying to charge the people that have been loyal for their lack of buisness. Their online service is slow. and going up to over 35 bucks a month is intolerable they are going to really start getting people to purchase on demand.

I got sick of BB too so we switched to Netflix - we love it. Especially when we're looking for old classic movies (BB doesn't carry many of these). And the classic old horror flix that no one has ever heard of (Black Sabbath, Mill of the Stone Women, Isle of the Dead, the Crawling Eye).
