Opps, my error. It's state rep not US rep. Lack of turn out is still disgraceful.

Back to the point, Ramsey's first course of action will be to determine how to keep the seat in future elections. It will begin by providing handouts to those likley to vote for him and provide funds in the next election.

The US form of government is near the end of its run. We have reach the point at which more people depend on government handouts than the number of those who provide the funds to hand out. Our culture/way of life deserves what it gets.

I thought the dreaded phone calls would be first!
I sure hope the new representative don't show up in Washington, D.C.
They might swear him in!

The phone calls come after the handouts. Over the next 10 months Ramsey will do everything he can to ensure funds come to registared voters in his district. Then just before the election, the phone calls will commence letting us know how well this exercise has been.

It was the STATE House of Representatives. Really, didn't everyone know the turnout was going to be low right before Christmas?

The Ramsey people did everything they could to get the advantage with throwing signs out all over the place without permission and the attack bloggers (whether paid or not).

Thanks, you are correct. I edited the blog to reflect State vs US.
It was such a quick election, and I knew who I was voting for, or should I say not voting for.

Your concern is appreciated. Having sent my third blog in over a year being a "member" makes me nervous to think of those who have sent four blogs in over a year. Are they in danger of have a breakdown or something? Smiling
