Is this newspaper suffering from so severe a drought of stories that they must resort to stories about the fountain in front of the City Hall in PTC? I mean, please--why do we care about the fountain which many of us have seen. We know it's an "eye-grabber" so why even impress that upon us even more? It just seems as though too much time is wasted on pointless stories.
