Bus seat belts!

We seem to have lost all thinkers in the USA! Simply no imagination or actual experience in much of anything.
Now, I have ridden a few buses in my time for company outings and even cross country in the old days, and the kind of things that occur there don't cogitate with seat belts!
Put em in but they won't be used.
If you MUST put them somewhere, why not school buses?
The thing wrong with the college bus wreck in Atlanta recently was simply poor signage by the DOT and Atlanta.
I went by that exit many times, and if I wasn't paying close attention, I wanted sometimes to go up that exit--particularly at night. Why wouldn't many people? It showed a little arrow to the left and indicated a diamond lane!
One is in the diamond lane, right?
I know it is meant to be an exit off the diamond lane, but what is meant is not always what is imparted.
