And I thought picking shrooms out of cow patties in South Louisiana was a strange sort of high. I suppose one could have eaten the cow pie and got the same effect. Puzzled

Did it once. We went out and picked them. Came back and cooked up a strange brew with a bunch of buddies. I remember thinking it was going to be great. I wound up in the hospital that night with wild hallucinations. That was in 1973. Probably kept me from ever experimenting with anything more serious.

The brew tasted like poop, as I recall. So, yeah, the jenkem thing is probably similar.
