New Year's traditions?

I'm interested in hearing about everyone's New Year's Eve traditions.

My wife and I have hosted our friends for New Year's for about 10 years running. The festivities kick off with a co-ed 'touch' football game followed by the resulting soreness (popping Tylenol before playing does help though!).

Then we get together to eat drink and be merry, especially while rooting for the right score on the grid we've cobbled together for whatever college football game we'll watch.

So let's hear it Fayette, what are your New Year's traditions and/or do you plan to do something really unique this year?
