The power that be in Tyrone have been getting away with this crap for 8 years and we are using the blog to vent, see if anyone else out there agrees or has had similar negative experiences and more. I know a guy that lives in Tyrone who accidently made his house alarm go off while in his garage - this happened about 3 weeks ago - anyway, the alarm company called the Tyrone police who came and asked the man for his ID, the man said he would have to go upstairs to get it and the police would not let him, they held that man in his own garage while the cop went upstairs in his house for about 10 minutes and then came back down with the guy's wallet. When the man went back upstairs he found a couple of hundreds missing from his wallet and his wife's wedding rings were gone. That is bad. I GUESS HE MUST HAVE TICKED OFF BARRY OR SMOLA AT SOME TIME AND THEY HAD IT IN FOR HIM JUST LIKE GAIL ONESI.

The issues are 1. Barry Amos; 2. Illegal zoning; 3. Taking private prorerty by elimination all uses; 4. The general discontent with the way citizens are treated by Amos, Smola, and Valerie when they voice their concerns about issues like property rights, the cemetery, redevelopment.....etc and if you don't know how we are treated then just look at how git is treating the tyronians on the blog right now; 5. the fact that no. 4 has created more lawsuits filed against the town in 1 year than in the past 10; 6. sewer/density of developments; 7. only one entrance/exit to Shamrock Industrial Park; 8. Smola's megalomaniac attitudes and practices; 9. Barry calling the police to harass citizens who voice concerns at town hall; 10. lying, lying and more lying by the town manager and his friends; 11. the misleading 'survey' upon which Barry is relying to get his greedy hands on more federal and state funding for re-development. That should keep us busy for a while and keep Git out of our hair.

But the reason everyone is so mad is that Smola, AMOS, and DORKO [darrow] have alleged that they filed a complaint against Rehwaldt and are trying to make us think they are going to get him disqualified from the Mayoral race. However, after some research it appears no complaint has been filed and that the only people who know about it are them and fox - go figure. Anyway, tyrone businesses want Renwaldt as their mayor and smola did a dirty political trick again. Way to support local business SMOLA.

I think you may want to check up on the issues your talking about with regards to legality and such.
