Curious

One would think that such a thing as a major heavy equipment manufacturer coming into Peachtree City, supposedly supplying thousands of jobs, including the supply factories akzo recently mentioned, would have been the talk of the town and county, and especially the newspapers, for months, wouldn't one?
Is it a done deal? All permits obtained, all drawings studied, all water connections approved, all sewer connections approved, all passports checked for Communist leanings, and best of all: what kind of lead paint do they intend to use on these vehicles?
Is it possible that I could build a factory in Communist China somewhere (or are they from Taiwan) to process rice?
I would think that all of these conservative and libertarian people in Fayette County would not want such an enclave here.
Do we owe them so much money now on our debt that we really don't have any choice any more? Is that what is going on?

Will they have private Chinese schools on property (in country so to speak)?
Will they fly the Chinese Communist flag?
Will they have Embassy status?
Will they buy and eat our food?
They sound like Americans in China!

No,no, they won't let us setup a rice factory in communist China!
Also, the Chinese aren't used to input from citizens when they want to build something--communist leaders simply do it!
One time Nixon went to China and solved all of our problems with the communists, but they are still communist. There are still problems!
They even went to the moon last week and may be setting up a rice factory there!
I'm afraid we are no longer the big dog on the block.
Any future problems that may come up with the truck assembly plant they are building here will be resolved in their compound, not city hall. Communists don't have a city hall.

go to China and set up your rice factory. Contrary to your thoughts, China would gladly accept your American money.

Keep us apprised as to how long the process takes and the fees you have to pay.

Let us all know how that turns out for you.

Better yet, why don't you and the nit, open a restaurant here in PTC so you can employ 100's of local people.
