Question for Rehwaldt & Smola

Let me paint the picture for you. You are the newly elected Mayor of Tyrone and it is your first day on the job. You've been dreaming about winning the election for quite some time. You now have the power to govern the Town of Tyrone and oversee the day to day duties of the administration, library, public works and police department. What will be your first accomplishment on your first day as Mayor?
Second question, what is the first topic that you will place on the Council agenda that you would like decided upon?

That would be if I were elected. But your question is for them if they were elected. I doubt Smola has the cojones to answer, but Rehwaldt might. Let's see.
