Another traffic signal is coming to Peachtree City.

Last week the City Council approved the low bidder to install a signal on Ga. Highway 74 north at Wisdom Road.

The winning bid was $138,950 from R.J. Haynie and Associates, besting the only other bidder by $29,000.

The city recently had a traffic light installed at Ga. Highway 54 and Stevens Entry, but the light has not yet been activated.

Another traffic light on 74 that will slow down the daily commute to Atlanta even more. I hate to sound like $$picker. Oh well. I guess I can just sleep or read longer on my little commuter bus. But a big GRTA bus would be so much better.

Don't worry, nobody else can sound like him
