Another gated community

So, with the approval of the senior gated community south-side of town in PTC, we will now have TWO such enclaves here!
A China Town, and a No Kids Town?
Might I suggest an Italian Compound; a Japanese Island; an Irish Pub Area; an African-American Section; and a Jewish (forget what they are called)?

The Hispanics, Cubans, and Mexicans can decide among themselves just how they want to fit in!

Will this gated community have a six foot stone or brick wall around it also, as most do? Private police station? (similar to the old Pinkerton's Agency)

I myself am a mixture of Irish, English, German, and Welsh, so I suppose we will be in the Slum Community!

So does this mean a more diversified food shopping choice? A chinatown would mean better stuff than Chin Chin and the ubiquitous brown sauce they put on everything.

Whitewater Creek is the only gated subdivision I know of, and the people aren't Chinese, so what do you mean by China Town?

I had hoped someone else would hint to you about the Chinese coming to PTC with their heavy equipment assembly factory and the seperated houses for the Chinese on the property, but I guess not!
I don't remember a gate at Whitewater.
