I thought since it was California (Caleeeforiia, as the Governor says)that when the cops and firemen had their press conferences they would not do as we do:
say "at this point and time," and "everyone is fully cooperating and organized," and thanks to our heroes--the 25 surrounding counties, their sheriffs and deputies, and of course the airplane and helicopter fliers (which are temporarily grounded due to smoke.)
Also, "all though all the houses are burning up in each community, their fire departments aren't spraying water on them as they usually do, since they are here with us...waiting for the fire to burn down and the smoke to clear, at this point and time.

This is a very good example of BWI.
