The clearing of trees has already begun around the dam at Huddleston Pond, as root intrusion was part of the problem that damaged the spillway and ultimately forced the city to lower the pond’s level dramatically over the summer. The project is anticipated to be complete by the first of the year, and it is being funded by the city’s stormwater program.

I'm sure am glad work is finally progressing on Huddleston Pond. The current state sure is a blight on our nice city.

Maybe Hillary has some ideas? I know! We need to sic a new tax on the "filthy rich" and do a Hillary-Huddleston-Health Care fund. Smiling
