I think everyone's in hibernation, tired of all the vitriol from the PTC elections.

Or maybe everyone's just content for the holidays. Or too busy shopping?

They didn't go, they were wounded. It is NOT Free Speech if you can be spyed upon, researched, data based, and only talk to one person at a time. Serious, serious mistake to cut out the printed word. Don't like rules but maybe the old Free Speech should have been limited somewhat in volume. Not like the "vent," but limited in volume to 1-200 words---not to limit Free Speech, but to save paper and space.
This net stuff will just become a worse disaster as time goes on unless the editor starts ignoring some of them as he did with the old Free Speech. I don't feel the editor personally did this. I think he was pressured to do something.

I do agree with you and John, I`m sorry, I think you have very wishful thinking on this one. The net verses the print hasent been around long enough for a judgement call like that one yet. I beleive people are creatures of habit around here. The change has thrown them for a loop. I for one have lots to say that is completly truthful but am in fear of retrobution for diclosing anything. I know for a fact that you`re boss and my boss may very well be to close to each other for me to go any further. My gut cries out for help. My mind tells me to be quiet.

What I think the master plan is here is to also stop this net thing soon also. That will put an end to all Free Speech as was planned.
