It is open Tuesday through Sunday, from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Vegetables, meats and desserts are prepared fresh each day. The green beans, for instance, are cooked for two hours, and sweet potatoes are peeled by hand for the sweet potato soufflé. New sauces are prepared each day, as well as fresh slices of ham and turkey breast. All desserts are made daily from scratch.

While a few favorites appear on the menu each day, each day principally has a different selection than the day before. There will always be seven entrées, 10 vegetables, three types of desserts and six different kinds of salads.
