Who are they? All you ever hear in the public meetings on school districts are self-serving whining about "my kid". Give me a break. No one ever takes the time to serve on a volunteer board and help solve a problem. All they do is complain about how the results affect them - for about 4 years. Then they disappear to be replaced by other complainers.

What is to possibly be gained by 10,000 opinions. That is their job.
If they gerrymander, then we throw them out!
