3 denied bond in molestation case

Three people arrested for being involved in taking pictures of a 3-year-old girl witnessing a sex act at a Peachtree City home were denied bond in court Tuesday, officials said.

Meanwhile the girl’s father, Micah Burns, 34, who lives in Michigan, has not yet been located, though there is a warrant out for his arrest, police said. Already in custody are Paul Graffeo, 39, of Shirewood, Peachtree City; Jody Graham, 43, of Pacers Walk, Peachtree City; and Lauren Barchi, 22, of Park View Lane, Alpharetta.

All four suspects are charged with child molestation, police said.

The investigation began with a tip police received Aug. 2 about sexually explicit photos that were taken at a home in Peachtree City, police said.

I wish the citizen would name names as to who the judges are and who the defense attorneys too.

There's only one judge and I doubt it really matters who the attorneys are.

We have 4 Magistrate Judges, 1 State Court Judge, & 4 Superior Court Judges. It is important to know which ones are the "soft on crime" judges and which ones sincerely represent us law abiding citizens by cracking down on the perps.

It's also good to know which attorneys like to get the bad guys off. We need to monitor our prosecutors and judges just as much as we do our politicians.
