Fayetteville Planning & Zoning Commission Tuesday got a look at proposals for a commercial development at Ga. Highway 85 and Grady Avenue and small gated subdivision on White Road.

The commercial proposal is situated on 2.11 acres and would consist of two single-story buildings totaling 19,880 square feet.

The residential proposal for the gated subdivision at 515 White Road would located four home homes on 8.76 acres.

Both proposals will be heard at the commission’s regular session Aug. 28.
