Moral and ethical quandary: Roe v Wade hits headlines

It appears that Roe Vs. Wade will be under incredible scrutiny.

A woman in Ocean City has apparently self-aborted/killed at least four fetuses/children. Police are searching for others.

Apparently, some of those fetuses would have been viable had they received medical help but do not appear to be full term.

Does that make a difference?

Is it murder?

Is it abortion?

Is it both?

What law(s) did she break (if any)?

If so, why, if not, why not?

What say you?

Just as it wasn't any of my business from year minus several thousand, to whenever they decided to stop abortions, accidents, and all of women's choices, it isn't any of my business now.
I don't know the circumstances here, any more than I did in say 1559 here, in say, Florida, when a young Indian girl went into the woods and did the thing.
When they start destroying my fetuses, then I will do something!
