July 13 is the occasion for a special surprise for a very special lady. Members of the Chattahoochee Hill Country community, and members of her family, poured on the well-deserved allocades for Judy Henderson, the eternally energetic volunteer librarian and activity coordinator for the many projects at Rico Commuity Center.
