Does anyone really believe that? Do YOU really accept that? I do NOT.

Well, one party (the defeatocrates) and the liberal media has been telling you that for five years and it appears the masses of 'sheep' are 'off to the slaughter' to 'drink the kool aid'. (I love mixed metaphors.)

No, our military is not being defeated Harry Reid et al. No sir, they are not.

We are being defeated by liberal propaganda, emboldening of our enemy by the likes of Hillary Clinton and Hussein Obama (as cited by the Pentagon in an exchange of letters with Hillary this week) and the outright cowardice of a generation of Vietnam draft dodgers and ant-war hippies can have a second childhood or justify dodging a previous war.

This is a complete political abortion of unprecedented consequences for political gain at the expense of future generations.

The cost of losing in this world wide (bumper sticker to Edwards) war on Radical Fundamental Islamic Extremists will be paid by you, your children, and every generation to follow.

This is the beginning of the 'Crusades' for Muslims determined to recapture Europe, destroy Israel, and then ultimately destroy the great Satan (America) in jihad to fulfill a twisted interpretation of prophecy.

Politicize it at your own peril.

I also still think that under the right circumstances we could ramp up quickly and meet any known threat (disease would be tough) to protect yourself and defeat any known enemy.
The problem is we weren't ready to attack Iraq. The plan was faulty, and the follow through was faulty.
The war was sold quickly to congress due to 9/11 and false intelligence. No improvements could then again be sold to congress for sufficient troops to have a chance to win. Just enough to protect our troops and hold down deaths and injuries.
We should have stayed in Afghanistan with this Army and NATO and the UN, and certainly Russia, would have helped. We would be home now and the "no man's land" wouldn't exist.
