New Software for this site

I sure will be glad to see it improved.
Why don't you let the bloggers tell you some things they need to use this site? The software people will tell you what they want, not us. Same stupid mistakes all software buyers make initially!
One area for improvement:
In the area indicating who the current immediate users are, it doesn't matter if your handle is there, you aren't necessarily logged on. I have spent much time, often writing something and it is automatically cancelled, in its entirety when I try to send it!
There seems to be no system, also, to follow a thread, or whatever you call it.
Shouldn't there be a "To" area for use when needed? Most now use the subject area for that, but then you have no real subject to view in order to see if you want to read it!
