Les Miserables Comes to Peachtree City!

Don't miss this wonderful opportunity to see Broadway theater right in your own backyard. The show is so professionally produced and beautiful that it will mesmerize and move you. The Twilight Theatre has done a wonderful job. Kudos to Director Alison Chambers for bringing a production that rivals any Fox show to us here in Fayette Co.

Les Miserables is currently running at the Frederick Brown Amphitheater this evening (Saturday 7/7) and next weekend on Friday 7/13 and Saturday 7/14. Shows start at 8:00 PM and the gates open at 7:30 PM.

This wonderful production is not to be missed! The music is great, the sets are spectacular, the young actors are fun to watch and very entertaining, but nothing compares to the outstanding vocal performances turned in by this company of truly gifted artists.

Trevor Martin as Jean Vajean is captivating as he transforms from a tortured prisoner, to a successful businessman, to a protective; sheltering father.

Charlie Duncan plays the menacing Javert. His flawless performance demonstrates a promise and pledge of a bright future in professional theater. Audience members will be proud to say they saw him in this early performance; when he is a successful actor on Broadway.

Emma Stitt (Starr' Mill High School), Amy Hebel (Fayette County High School), and Caitlin Wade (Whitewater High School) each demonstrate why the Fayette County High schools have reputations for turning out solid vocal musicians. Each young lady brings her own unique talents to their roles in Les Miserables.

If you were lucky enough to see the show this last weekend, tell everyone you know to see it on the 13th and 14th. This hard working cast deserves to play to a full house on the final weekend of the run.

I agree - the local production of Les Miserables is excellent - and the music is performed by local, talented musicians, too!

Both Mrs. hutch and the hutchette were there last night, they said they saw your son. Band camp is just a few weeks away, see you then.

p.s. to everyone else, what chippie is to humble to mention is that her kid is one of those local talented musicians.

I yam what I yam...Popeye

Your very talented hutchette would have been an excellent addition to this orchestra. And thank you for the kind words.

Ah, yes, band camp - means school is just around the corner! Please tell hutchette if she needs anything at the big school, just let me know - I'm usually there doing one thing or another.
