Peachtree City or bust

It just had to be Peachtree City. So said two men from Henry and Spaulding counties eager to purchase a half-pound of “ice” methamphetamine at Home Depot.

The surprise for 56 year-old Hampton resident Earnest Toney and Griffin resident Jon Bottrell, 35, came when undercover agents thwarted their plans and placed them under arrest for criminal attempt to traffic in methamphetamine, according to Fayette Sheriff’s Drug Task Force Capt. Mike Pruitt. Toney was also charged with possession of methamphetamine, Pruitt said.

Pruitt said undercover agents wanted the deal in Fayetteville but Toney insisted the drugs be purchased in Peachtree City. The men were arrested after handing over $6,500 in cash to agents.

I drove by and saw it happen.

This is great that they got busted. I hope they go to prison for many, many years.

Drug dealers: STAY OUT OF PTC.

Would have sold them in Atlanta if they hadn't been invited here.
Those cheap dudes are already replaced by now.

Dollar, do you have any idea how asinine you sound, and are you really so nieve as to believe the crap that your dishing out. The way I see it is that your biggest problem is you talk about things of which you have little or no knowledge. What you dont know is that a large portion of these mopes already have prior arrest, some of which include previous fayette county arrest. So you see, they have been coming here long before the cops did this deal. You know, it's people like you that are the cause of alot of the problems that we face today, dopers need support to combat the laws and the officers that enforce them and they realize that there are people out there like you who enable them to do what they do by moning and griping every time a cop goes on patrol. I at least have the comfort of knowing that enablers like you are in the minority and that the majority of people still believe in us.
You are right about one thing though, they will be replaced, but we have room at the county jail for their replacements to.

This has not caused one single ripple in the supply of drugs and will not affect the price one cent. Anyone who wants drugs can still get them from several houses out of every neighborhood. There are still more people buying and selling in Fayette Co. than you could put in 50 fayette jails. How much do you want? 500 lbs.? I could have it for you in 10 minutes. Whether you are understand or not will not change the fact that drug laws have the opposite effect of their intentions. Drugs laws actually make drugs more available and more popular. Drug Cartels actually support and help to fund the drug war. Those anti-drug commercials, drug cartels help fund those. The drug war is good for the drug business, not bad. Have you ever heard the saying - "any publicity is good publicity?" It is true.

Oh, you are correct that they would be here buying or selling with or without the cops.

I'm not "nieve" nor "moning" (whatever those words mean).
"Your dishing out" means what? Don't get it! Maybe you mean, "that you are dishing out?"
By the way, are dopers the ones who use dope, or sell dope?
Are any of the people arrested smart enough to import this stuff? Or, are they just punks hired to distribute? Do narcs wear special badges?
Get the importers.

I see you met dollar. Don't worry - we all know him - that's why he has to respond to his own blogs. Do yourself a favor - ignore his rants - it's a part of his therapy Eye-wink

Yes, I have become quite familiar with Dollar and a couple of others here. I usually try to take his comments for what they are worth and be man enough to ignore them, I guess this time I wasn't. You kind of get tired of the criticism but then again I guess it's easy to sit back in the comfort of your own home and quarterback what the cops do. As For you and the rest of those who respond positively to us, we read those too and we can't thank you enough for your support.
