Brown Rapson Weed Trouced

I came away several years ago from the infamous city council meeting that lasted into the night regarding the tennis center with a renewed focus. I saw and heard that night Brown Rapson Weed make idiotic statements regarding not only the Development Authority but crime, city staff, personal attacks on good citizens and arrogances that I have never seen in public officials since Nixon. My renewed focus was to eradicate the Brown, Rapson Weed as the issue was much bigger than a tennis center. Thank you Harold and all that voted for him.

Fine, just send in your share of the two million dollar debt, in cash, asap. I don't think any town official wants to go to jail for paying an illegal debt with tax money!

As Ronald Reagan once said, there you go again! Illegal debt? Sats who? Steve Brown? As I understand it, the courts will decide on the legality of the debt and that ain't happened yet. So until that happens (and if may very well be ruled an illegal debt), to unequivocally say its an illegal debt is wrong.
