Scott Jaye Reagin, 45, of Old Milam Road, Fairburn for simple battery.
Kenneth David Townsend, 35, of Futral Road, Griffin for violation of probation.

Fernando Artega-Mejia, 36, of Hickory Lane, Riverdale for driving without a license and a seat belt violation.
Johnathan Chase Corbitt, 20, of Camp Street, Riverdale for theft by taking.
Charles Papakwesi Henriquez, 29, of Terance Avenue, Jonesboro for violation of probation.
Veronica Janelle Hill, 27, of Freedom Way, Jonesboro for driving without proof of insurance and three counts of seat belt violations.
Anthony Steele Kirby, 23, of Herndon Road, Fairburn for violation of probation.
Brandon Eugene Kraatz, 22, of Bethany Road, Williamson for driving with a suspended or revoked license.
Emil Peter Marcuscak, 54, of Tanglewood Drive, Fayetteville for an outstanding arrest warrant from Florida.
Prince Hiram Miller, 33, of Shoreline Drive, Fayetteville for contempt of court.
Alberto Leonel Pacheco-Reyes, 39, of Falcon Crest Trail for driving without a license and carrying a passenger in the bed of a truck.
Pedro Luis Ramires, 22, of Park Drive, Forest Park for driving with a suspended license, a window tint violation, giving a false name to a police officer and giving false information to a police officer.
Randy Wayne Ratterree, 50, of Orchard Trail, Fayetteville for hit and run, driving with a suspended license and failure to stop at the scene of an auto accident.
Joseph Alexander Waters, 19, of Claire Avenue, Fayetteville for removing or affixing a license plate to conceal or misrepresent the identity of a vehicle and driving without proof of insurance.
Scott Brantley White, 35, of Barberry Lane, Peachtree City for contempt of court.

I think they forgot to list him as Jr.

I see our do gooder cops are handing out seatbelt tickets again. We are painfully short of clean air and water, and they are handing out seatbelt tickets.

What does one have to do with the other? Of course it would be fabulous if the community were more environmentally friendly, but outside of ticketing people for driving, what can the police do? At least they're attempting to save lives by fining those stupid enough to drive without seatbelts.

My point was our cops are wasting time saving people who don't want to be saved. Let them ride around without seatbelts. If they want to take that chance let the theory of evolution help us. We don't have enough clean water and air for everyone.
