Local schools place well in GADA Director's Cup

The Georgia Athletic Directors Association (GADA) released the final standings for the schools in the GADA Dodge Director’s Cup. The purpose of the GADA Dodge Directors Cup is to recognize those athletic departments in all GHSA classifications that have excelled and shown superior performance. The award is based on points earned at GHSA state playoffs and championships.

Schools in Fayette County performed very well, with three schools making the top 10 in Class AAAA. Starr’s Mill placed second with 820 points (170 behind Marist), McIntosh placed fourth with 616.66 points and Whitewater placed seventh with 420 points. Fayette County placed 62nd with 70 points.

In Class AAA, Sandy Creek tied with Riverwood for ninth with 360 points.

In Class A, Landmark Christian took third with 500 points and Our Lady of Mercy placed 10th with 340 points.

This is bull. No way starrs mill was the number one public school unless they cheated.

And how can macintrash finish 4 if Whitewater was in 7th place?

How can starrs mill almost double us when we beat them in football?

FCHS was 62nd place - that is where SMHS and MHS should be to!

I assume you know how these types of awards are calculated? Or do they not teach math at Whitewater?

I didn't see your name on the list McDonough puppy - where did you finish? mcintrash and snobbs mill have been cheating on their test scores to make it look good for years. The also cheat in sports.
