I noted your retirement announcement on Dave Robert's retired Delta pilot's net. That posting linked with the article in the The Citizen. The background that the Citizen article gave was very interesting.

Congratulations on a well-earned retirement. As you know your unique style set you apart as someone special. It was always an enjoyment to work with your seemingly relaxed style of handling the traffic. I think I would concur with your contention that you had very few "missed" communications.

Enjoy the time in Hawaii...it is my favorite destination.
