Minority Contracts

Why shouldn't the work go to the lowest bidder that has the capability to handle the work, regardless of color? I guess some people expect everything to be handed to them on a silver platter without having to compete in the free market for it.

Didn't you get the memo? Minorities get preference for everything because bleedin'-heart liberals say they DESERVE it. They shouldn't have to earn it! Are you kidding? Everything should be handed to them on a silver platter! I'm sure dollar would agree...
