Our upstairs unit had a blown coil and Trinity Air has qouted $19,000 to replace all 3 A/C Units and Furnaces.

The house was built in 1992 so the units are getting old.

I just want a fair price, any recommenations?

I suggest you get another estimate from another company with a strong solid background like Trinity. Make sure the estimate offers all the same equipment and extras offered by Trinity. Make sure the equipment brand is of the same quality as offered by Trinity. Oh Yea make sure its someone that hasn't seen your blog. Knowing Trinity's price up front would make it to easy for them.

Really nice guy, knows his stuff, good prices, 678-838-0706. Avoid Trinity like the plague.

As we can read, we are at a level where individuals can post comments or make remarks about other businesses. We know that there are always two sides to a story. I have been with Trinity Air for over 5 years and I know we stand behind our service and our customers. Posting boards can be from other competitors without consumers knowing. Our number one goal is to provide our customers with excellent service and top quality equipment.

All of them say they are honest and do good work, back it up, (meaning fix it if it doesn't work 30 days) and charge less.
Some do sometimes, some don't.
I deal with the same people that I have used for 25 years. They are expensive, don't patch it up, and it always works. Cheaper in the long run, because they are a stable company making money.

Paul Perkins gave his side of the story, he's not new to these boards, what's your side?

I would try F&S Mechanical. They've been in business over 10 years and they're located in Tyrone. The staff is very friendly and are trained very well in their field. Their number is 678-364-8592.

Progressive Heating and Air or Estes Heating and Air...both do a great job .....Progressive is a little less expensive.

would need the sizes of a/c's and furnaces to say if high or low prices, and make of replacement equipment also. Seems odd to have to replace all three systems at only ten years old.I'll answer any questions you have if I can.

The man said his ac units were installed in 1992. Next time take your shoes off to count up the years.

Can't speak for the others, but I have experience with Trinity. In addition to poor service they installed a 1-ton AC and charged me for a 2-ton. When we inquired as to why the cooling was not adequate it took months and me threating to sue their supplier to get the 2-ton unit that I had already paid for installed.

Go somewhere else.

We do not find a "Paul Perkins" in our GA database, and we do not offer 1 ton A/C. We install what was sold and if a problem arises,
we will contact the manufacturer. If any error is made we will take care of it immediately.

Paul Perkins is probably an alias. Trinity Air maybe you should look to see who threatened to sue you, and you may figure it out..

You have only been in business 5 years probable someone recent...

We don't have anyone that threatened to sue us and we have been in business 11 years. There is another Trinity Air.

It sounds like you need to sue someone or the other company that took your name and ended up making it mud at least on this site...Sorry I only thought you were in business 5 years....There is only one Trinity Air in the Rotary Phone book for Fayette County....
