The D.A and cops win 98% of their cases. After 2 trials, both jury's can see through the lies of the police. From my own personal experience, I KNOW they will lie!

Lying?

Do think the deputy would have said in open court that he punched a subject 3 or 4 times if he were attemtping to lie about the incident? We all now this is a race issue or the entire NAACP from the southern region wouldn't have been in the court room, right? This unfortunately was a miscarriage of justice that the state did lose, but when you enter a courtroom never expect a guilty or not guilty because a jury will surprise you every time....

OUR police do not lie. WE hire only the best of the best. Only some cessspool like Atlanta would have rouge cops that shoot it out w/ a 92 year old woman....who manages to wound several. And then throw down pot. Where did that come from? Of course on this site we applaude all the police shootings in Dekalb & Fulton Co. because we like our street justice around here.

A Dekalb officer was forced to defend his life just yesterday. They know how to defend themselves and our world is a better place for it.

That is one less criminal we will have to feed.

Like I said, the police not only lie, they manipulate evidence to get warrants just like the Atlanta cops do. Although, I like justice, too. But from my own personal experience, I know what they do. They Lie.

Police Lie?

Pray tell. Can you give an example? I have posted that a former PTC office told me Wed Court was a contest. Winner leaves w/ the highest fine total. But, I'm a well known cop hater.
This case leaves alot out. Other's testimony..wife for example. Poor DA Ballard will take it on the chin here. I am suprised he hasn't been accused of throwing the case for one of his pervert former defense clients. Who was the defense attorney? You think this guy & his wife got in a fight...police show up..over react...and the jury "nullifies" because they beat him up?
Of course what I want to know is...Where was the COPter during all this? But I belabor the point.
