Those poor developers "can't afford" to build a superior product with just two stories? Boo hoo!!!

Take a hike and don't come back! Thank you Ms. Cary for expressing the opinions of even us 'young' Fayetteville newcomers.

If that three story tower catches on fire, how many more firefighters will be needed to quell the blaze?

While the cops may report to this home OCCASIONALLY due to vagrants, the property's a net public safety gain. That's where they lay in wait for the leadfoots...

Putting a quasi-commercial building (retail or not) on a residential strip of land is ASKING FOR TROUBLE. There is NO upside for the city with this project outside of some tax revenue.

Fayetteville council, please DON'T SET A PRECEDENT!!!
